Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team via phone or email within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
